Biographical
C. Stuart Mauney is a partner and certified mediator in the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina, office. Stuart was first trained as a mediator in 1996, and has been helping businesses, individuals, and their lawyers resolve disputes ever since.
Stuart's primary areas of legal practice are healthcare, professional negligence, insurance, tort and personal injury, and commercial transportation (trucking).
He defends trucking companies in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases and often coordinates the emergency response to trucking and industrial accident scenes.. His professional negligence practice is centered on the healthcare industry, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health and hospice.
