Julian started practicing law on the insurance defense side of personal injury and construction defect cases. In 2015, Julian started his own practice, representing mostly plaintiffs in cases involving personal injury, § 1983 claims, construction defects, and contract disputes. 

Julian has mediated hundreds of cases, relying on his experience with jury trials in all the counties within the Ninth Judicial Circuit and other counties in the State. Also, the balance of having represented both sides gives him a good fair perspective in the mediation setting. 

Julian is admitted to practice in all state courts in South Carolina, the United States District Court (District of South Carolina), and the United States District Court of Appeals (Fourth Judicial Circuit).

In the community, Julian coaches a local high school mock trial team and serves on the Board of a school.
