Biographical
Eric K. Englebardt became a lawyer because he wanted to try cases, and having spent the first 15 years of his career regularly trying cases to jury verdicts in the courts of South and North Carolina he feels very comfortable in a courtroom. However, with the advent of alternative dispute resolution, Eric found that more and more of his time was being spent at the mediation table rather than in the courtroom. He also felt that serving as a mediator fit his personality and experience well, and after a 40-hour course, Eric was certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Supreme Court. Now, with over 2800 mediations under his belt, Eric feels like there's little he hasn't seen or can't handle.

FEE SCHEDULE
2 Party $212.50 per hour per party
3 Party $150.00 per hour per party
4 Party $125.00 per hour per party
5 or more parties $110.00 per hour per party
All mediations subject to four-hour minimum charge.
